get badmails out of directory and resend

hi list.
i have to resend all mails in an smtp/badmail directory to their original
receivers.
is their any tool where i (or my customer) can read the messages
comfortably?
is their a tool to automaticaly filter these badmails and send them also
aotumatically to theri receivers?
