front end server licensing

Quick question on handling client access licenses when using a front-end server.
currently I have exchange 2k adv ed server (single license) and 200 cal's
if I were to configure my current box as a back end server and add a one or two
new boxes as front end servers how would the cals be handled. I know I would
need one more exchange 2k adv ed server licenses for each front end server, but
what about cals.
