Hi Doug The only way to get updatefb.exe is to call Microsoft PSS and they will send it to you, its not a publically available utility (don't ask me why not), if you call PSS explain the problem you are having and they will send you the utility, if the problem you are experiencing is fixed by using updatefb.exe then you will not be charged for the call.
