If you are using Exchange 200x, and you no longer wish to accept and
receive email sent to, then remove the domain from the
Recipient Update Services on your Exchange server.

You need to read more about how the recipient services work in
Exchange.  In future, include more details in your question, such as
the version of Exchange you are using.
