We use an outstanding product: GFI's Faxmaker (http://www.gfi.com/)
It is very cheap, and comes with many options/features. Integrates
seamlessly with Exchange.
Perfect for a small company like yours.

You could also use a Win98 machine with Microsoft Fax at Work (included
with Win98). Integrates with Exchange, but someone needs to distribute
the incoming faxes.
Advantages - no extra cost. Runs on a slower machine. Integrates with
other Microsoft products. Print to as a fax printer. It works and has
been around for years without updates.

its for a small network (around 35 users). perhaps a stand alone
