You could also use a Win98 machine with Microsoft Fax at Work (included with Win98). Integrates with Exchange, but someone needs to distribute the incoming faxes. Advantages - no extra cost. Runs on a slower machine. Integrates with other Microsoft products. Print to as a fax printer. It works and has been around for years without updates.
