extended SMTP log required

we still have 2 Exchange 5.5 SMTP mailgateways and I am in need of daily
logfiles which contain i.e. the Email subject. I did not succed to realize
this with common echange-logging. Also I do not succeed to make daily
logfiles. Somtimes the logfiles vecome very big.
Does anybody know a 3rd party tool which can create logfiles (without SPAM
and Virus modules) or does anybody know how to realize this with exchange
tools?
