Can they ping your mail server? external NIC of the firewall? your Internet 
router?  Might be a routing issue.  We couldn't get to a dealer's website....we 
had switched to a new backbone which required a different setting on our 
Internet router, which no one bothered to tell us.  Might want to see if 
they've had any changes of that sort.

We have a business partner, that cannot send us email.  They do not receive an 
NDR and the emails do not ever get to our Exchange Server, or even our network, 
according to the cisco logs...
Is this most likely a problem on their end?
