What errors/entries are there in the event log, when this happens? What
SP's have you installed?

I have a exchange server 2000. Once in a week the exchange services
stops automatically and also in system manger the HTTP protocol -
Exchange virtual server stops.
To make it work again i am restarting the server.
why does the services stops?
