exchange receiving mail problem

hey experts i am getting crazy here
i cant connect my internal pc and neither external pc to my exchange server
through outlook express
i have configured the following
my iis is listining to the internal ip and port 80
my protocols in the mail exchange manager
pop3,smtp,imap is also listining to the local ip
my router nat table is added
xxxxxx--------iiiiiiiii:25
xxxxxx--------iiiiiiiii:80
xxxxxx--------iiiiiiiii:110
xxx=external IP
iiiiii=Internal IP
note : i can connect from outside using(real IP\exchange) AND internal
using(local IP\exchange)with normal OWA but the outlook express not at all
what is my mistake
