I would suggest you use a new server.  I mean do not transfer one
organization to the other, but install a new exchange server with a new
organization at first.  Then transfer the mailboxes etc there.

Hi,

We are having exchange 5.5, two diffrent organizations, different
domains,
geographically located, planning to merge into one, all the existing

boxes and users should be migrated. Any suggetions on this appreciated.
