well i am afraid i cant be more simpler than that ,i will try to explain
again, but i do appreciate your help.

i have installed my exchange 2003 ,and then i published.
after publishing i started to make some test and see if its functioning
good or not in intranet and internet.
the result was as follow:

-intranet sending/receiving = succeed and i could read the mails.

-internet receiving from external resources like gmail ,hotmail, yahoo = i
see the items is increased in the exchange server but i cant open the mails
or retrieve it from the exchange server using outlook express.(so i don't
know how to fix that or where is my problem)

-internet sending to gmail or yahoo or hotmail = succeeded.

at last i had other 2 questions by asking for a tutorial or advice on:

> 2-what is the best configurations to enhance my exchange mail process
> sending/receiving speed?
>
> 3-what is the best exchange configurations to secure my exchange and
> to protect it specially from spams?.
