Why redirect to a common global name? Could you not have separate sites on
the CAS server? Or use 2 CAS servers?
You'd have to publish each URL separately with ISA or TMG (separate IPs and
separate UC certificates on both the ISA server and the CAS server).

Now that I went back and re-read it, I think you were right.
Exchange will SUPPORT multiple domains. You can have some users using
receiving mail for thiername@xxxxxxxxxxx and other users using
theirname@xxxxxxxxxxxx
However, in order to access the Exchange box with multiple domain names with
DIFFERENT SSL certificates, you would need to purchase a certificate for
EVERY domain. If that's not a problem, you might be able to do it.
I've also seen something called a wildcard certificate that might be an
easier/cheaper way to accomplish this, but I don't have any experience with
it.
Something else to consider. in order to isolate users in domain1 from users
in domain2, you have to do some work. mainly with the global address list so
that they don't see each other when they select the GAL.
If you just want them to use OWA with different URL's, that should work
fine. You could get away with just one certificate if you use IIS to
redirect users.
For example, have OWA users go to
http://mail.domain1.com
and
http://mail.domain2.com
and then redirect them to
https://someglobalname.com/owa
with IIS. That's a real easy way to do it. using IIS to redirect everyone.
Just remember, if you wish to use.
https://mail.domain1.com
and
https://mail.domain2.com
etc.
.you will need a separate SSL certificate for each domain - if you don't
want SSL errors to be shown to the end user.

That's not what I understood the OP to be asking - but you may be right,
after I went back and re-read the question.
I thought that, for example, he wanted two OWA URLs:
https://mail.example.com <https://mail1.example.com> and
https://mail.different-domain.com.

I use the OWA and Outlook Anywhere on the same Exchange 2007 box.
On my ISA2k6 firewall, I have rules for ActiveSync, Outlook Anywhere,
POP3/IMAP, HTTPS, and Exchange RPC all using the same IP address.
I have cell phones, IPODs, Outlook (via RCP over HTTP), and OWA all working
just fine.
I do have two servers running in support of Exchange 2007 - one virtual box
for AD and another virtual for the Edge Transport role, but everything else
is running on the Exchange box.
I'm only using one SSL certificate as well for OWA, Outlook, and cell
phones.
I'm not an expert but I can go in and look and see how I got it running if
you are interested.

Unless you can use ISA to terminate the SSL certificates and rewrite the
URL, you can't. Exchange doesn't provide this type of "white-boxing"
support.
I suspect ISA can do this, but you'd be better off asking on an ISA forum.
