Please check the the Windows Services and check their startup behaviour. Make 
sure their startup behavior is changed to manual state instead of automatic.

Hi

after i install service pack3 of exchange2000 the system 
attendant,pop3,imap4, and mta stacks services "doesn't start automatically" 
you must manually start the services. how can i solve this problem
