You have to change the language settings for your office from Arabic to English 
if you want the names to appear in English

we did an xmerge from exchange 5.5 to 2000. the client MS outlook now
appear with arabic names in addition to the Engilish language . the
problem is that the arabic is the default and we want to make the Engish
is the default for all client (inbox, outbox, sent items . . .  ) . any
one have any idea
