That error is because the username was already created in active directory. What you can do is create 2 users, one "info" and the other "info2". Then you could delete the email address <mailto:info@xxxxxxxxxxxx> info@xxxxxxxxxxxx from user "info" and assign it to user "info2". That is the only walk around I know about. Hope this helps. :) Let me know if you found out another way. -----Original Message----- From: Qusai Ali AL Haddad [mailto:qusai@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, November 27, 2002 4:47 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] error C10312e7 http://www.MSExchange.org/ Dear Exchange 2000 Experts i have this issue i have hosting platform which host multiple domains i have two compaies that requied info@xxxxxxxxxxxx and info@xxxxxxxxxxx i create the info for the first company and it is working fine now i want to create it for the seconed company while i am creating the users in Active Directory. it cannot let me create the same objects "username" it give me this error C10312e7 how i can solve this problem regards to all Qusai ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: robert@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') This mail was content checked for malicious code and viruses by GFI MailSecurity.
