Itz might b Spamming rather than spoofing

dear,
i've rcv much email in our queue (ex2k+sp4).  but we never send that emails.
many email sent to strange domain.  what's this ? is that email spoofing ?
how to prevent that ? i'm also running sav 3.0 for filtering.
