e-mail flowing out but not in on SBS Exchange 2000

I installed SBS Exchange 2000 at a client site. All
the settings appeared to be correct and the MX record
was changed. The users can e-mail each other
internally and e-mail out to the internet just fine
but aren't receiving any e-mail from outside internet
into them. Any ideas?
