[ExchangeList] email archiving in public folder

Hi,
outgoing mails are not showing in public folder (i have created a folder in Publicfolder Ie archival folder) same i can view recieved(incomming mails) messages.
when i am trying to access OWA getting an error Page cannot displayed.
Any one can get solution ...
