i have an email address created abc@xxxxxxx and i put that email id in an application and application send emails to different domains xyz@xxxxxxx ..when  xyz@xxxxxxx  gets an email and when he replies to abc@xxxxxxx the customized auto generated msg delivered to xyz@xxxxxxx from abc@xxxxxxx . how can we setup this at abc.com domain??

You can create a mailbox (e-mail account) and under its Exchange General tab ->Delivery Restrictions put id's from you want mails in Accept Messages from box.
