Hi I am hosing 3 different companies and unfortunately there is no rule for email address creation such as first.last@domain If by mistake or by software error this box becomes checked, it means 100 people are not getting emails based on their created emails and this would be disaster for me. So I was wondering if I can stop it before happening. Again, not having a general rule has made us go to every single mail box and edit different companies' settings. Or maybe you can refer me a third party tool that can do this easier. Something that I can import from excel a list of emails for different users Thank you, -----Original Message----- From: Michael B. If the box is unchecked, then the following attributes are not applied by the RUS: mail, proxyAddresses, textEncodedORAddress, and msExchPoliciesIncluded. This field is a calculated field. It is calculated based on whether the attribute msExchPoliciesExcluded includes the policy named {26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7} or not. If that policy is present in that list, then the box is unchecked; otherwise, the box is checked. For more information on this field, see Microsoft KB 318072. Providing more information about what you actually want to do would allow us to give you a better answer. -----Original Message----- From: Ara Avvali [mailto:ara@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, July 29, 2005 3:43 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] disable the check box for automatically update email address based on recipient policy http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hello everyone Is there any way in exchange 2003 to disable the check box for automatically update email address based on recipient policy?
