Hi Jen,

Do an nslookup on your new mx record and make sure that there aren't any
duplicate matches being hosted by ISPs other that yours. This would cause
e-mail routing problems.

The first place to start would be your ISP.

Cheers,

Alex.

Subject: [exchangelist] delayed emails

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi,

I am operating on Win2k, Exchange 2000. Recently changed over from DSL to
T1 and had to change MX records. This change took place about 2 weeks ago.
However, we are receiving delayed emails. I check the event log and found
that Exchange MTA service was not started. So i started the service
yesterday morning. But are still receiving delayed emails. Can anyone
advised on why this might be happening?

Thanks!

Jen
