You might want to look into using the Mailbox Manager to clear their
mailboxes out, and then set mailbox limits so that their mailboxes do not
get too big in the future, take a look at www.msexchange.org and look at the
Authors and select my name, you should see two articles about managing
mailboxes, and using the Mailbox manager.
