1. Change the Default Reply in Exchange
3. Create a new mailbox with the default reply set to the alternate smtp
address. Give the user "Send As' rights to that mailbox. Pick it via the
FROM: field in Outlook.

Subject: [exchangelist] changing the "Reply-to" address

How would a user change their "Reply-to" address in Outlook 2003? I can't
find anywhere in Outlook to do this. Can this be done at the server end in

In other words, a user received email at their account "JohnDoe@xxxxxxxxxxx"
and wants to respond as "JDoe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
(the second domain is not even hosted on the exchange server let's say).

best regards
