Hi All, I'm facing a strange problem, one of our team has a mailbox and after logon and authenticated by AD, he failed to open his mail through MS Outlook with error message " logon credential your user name or password is not correct and asking him to try again". We checked his account, the permission for that mailbox, the limits everything is okay. When we tried to extract his mail by Outlook express with the same logon name and password, he succeeded. He sent/received through Outlook Express. We thought the problem from the Office in his PC and tried from another computer but the same problem exist.
