cannot access public folder on replica server

HI,
i have two cluster (one is a new builted cluster) running exchange 2000
sp3, i have replicated all my public folder structure to my new cluster,
user that have their mailbox on the new cluster cannot access the public
folder. they are getting "the set of folder cannot be open".
Do you nay any idea what is causing this problem.
