c:\Documents and Settings\profile name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet

Above is where I have typically found them. Look under their profile
name in Documents & Settings & it seems that the last folder starts with
OLK & then followed by numbers. You will know once you see it.

does anyone know where outlook saves an attachment if you were editing
one of my users got an email with an excel attachment and were editing
it within the email and kept hitting "save" but when they closed the
email and opened it again, all their changes were gone. the email was
not in "drafts" or "my docs" or anywhere in their profile dir.

they are running outlook 2003

thanks for any insights
