Disable both of those accounts until you figure out what to do.

i have a virus in exchange server which i have rectified just now
that the mails are being generated automatically from administrator and
one other user account in my domain.

your account has been disabled
your password has been temperaroly been reset

messages like that.

please reply if u have any idea about the virus and how to remove it
and what precation should i take

my antivirus is macafee
