Thank you for the advice but I all ready did that and he (Matt) still
has the same problem. Then I created a new user with a similar but
different name (MattC) and could not send to that user (Russ) and still
had the same problem with the same error message "you do not have
permission to send tot this recipient." That error message seems to be
coming from Matt's W2003SB S/Exchange 2003 server. Then I create a new
user named sales and that email was able to send email to Russ.
I've checked everything: SMTP, Anti-virus, Anti-Spam filter, IIS,
Outlook 2003, and Exchange itself and everything is setup properly. Why
can Matt be able to send emails to the other Russ's secretary but not be
able to send emails to Russ? Other employees can send emails to Russ but
not MATT.
Today I hope to be talking to Russ's Network Department to see if they
are causing the problems.

Thanks anyway for the advice. Do you have other advices?

Thank you,
Leo Hasse

Try to remove him from the domain and readd him again and readd the
exchange
server to his outlook client and also make sure that he has the right
DNS
suffix in his Network properties and see if that will fix his problem.
