You may also want to use something like a filter, such as N2H2 or
something of the like.
Although, the cost of using a filter is that they do block legit sites
sometimes. :-/

        You will need to configure internet access from your office to
accomplish this. You will find more help next door (www.isaserver.org)
than on this list. You will need to use your Firewall software /proxy
server or ISA 2000 to create rules disallowing access to those sites
i.e. hotmail, yahoo, ... It is there also that you will find info on
blocking chat facilities such as MSN messenger ....
