Yes, also make sure to apply IIS Lockdown tool after the sequence you just 
mentioned and then the URL scan utility. You can find all of this on 
Microsoft's web site.

    I had a similar problem. Since I couldn't make it stable, no matter what I 
tried, I re-installed IIS and then OWA, applied all he latest SP's and patches 
from Microsoft and now it works great.

    You must be careful about the order in which you apply the SP's and patches.

      Hi All,

       I had posted this earlier, but no response. I have installed Outlook web 
access (OWA) on a WindowsNT 4.0 server sp6a. I am running exchange 5.5 at a 
different machine with sp6a NT4.0.

      My problem is that the WWW service (w3svc) , on the machine running 
Outlook Web Access stops frequently. There are no entries in the event log for 
the same.

      Could anyone help me?
