I'm running NT 4.0 on the server, not Windows 2K. Thanks.

Jason, what is causing the adverse effect, the volume of virus messages
you're receiving?

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I'm having a problem with viruses shutting down the Internet Mail
Service on
Exchange Server 5.5.

I am using Norton Antivirus 7.5 Corporate Client on Exchange
Server........
although Norton is able to quarantine the viruses successfully, it is
still
having an adverse effect on the mail services. My Exchange server has
been
in production for about a month. This problem has only started
happening
the last two days.

Thanks for any input!
