Jack,

That was it!!! Thanks so much. I appreciate it. Just had to delete that
profile, reboot and windows 2000 created a new profile for her.

Try logging on as your self, open outlook and create an outlook profile. I
think your user has a corrupt profile (windows 2000 profile) If you can use
outlook wile logged on to the users system then outlook is not "broken" its
a profile issue.

All,

I have a user on Windows 2000/Outlook 2000 that cannot open Outlook. All
other Office applications are running just fine. She gets a "not enough
virtual memory to open application" error. She has been running fine for 3
years. I uninstalled Office and reinstalled, even gave her new memory,
128MB, and reset her virtual memory to 3x amount of RAM. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
