[ExchangeList] User name coming with some nunbers

I'm a having a lil problem woth some mailbox names while resolving from the server.For some mailboxes in outlook its showing numbers along with e-mail address in 'To ' field.I've exchange server 2003 and outlook 2003 client
 
Any help would be highly appreciated.
