[ExchangeList] Upgrading to exchange 2003 by doing a clean install

        Dear all

         

        I'm running exchange 2000 on windows 2000 and would like to
upgrade to exchange 2003 on windows 2000 on a new server. Which is the
best way of doing this.

         

        I want to keep the same server name for the new server. This is
also the second exchange server in the domain. 

         

        Any suggestions?
