Upgrading from 2000 to 2003

Hi all,
Can someone tell me what is the correct upgrade path. I currently have
an Exchange Server 2000 running on Windows 2000 in a Windows 2000 AD
Domain. Eventually I want to upgrade both the domain and Exchange to
2003. Should I leave the domain intact first and upgrade the server to
20003 and then exchanger server to 2003 or do the opposite? Please
advise. Thank you.
