Hi Roberta,
I don't have a proper answer for you - however I did notice that the
Exchange server "Serverold" was causing a problem. Did you Rename the
old Exchange 5.5 server before you started the procedure? If so it might
be worth checking its AD entry as it could now be incorrect due to the
recent change in server name.
Of course I could just have the wrong end of the stick :)

I have to migrate from Exchange 5.5 (on NT) to Exchange 2003 (on
Win2003).
First I used ADC to move the Mailboxes from Windows NT to
Windows 2003.
When I try Join Exchange 2003 on 5.5, this error occur:
"Setup encountered an error while attempting to bind to the
Excahnge server "serverold" 0xC103FC93
The account that I'm using has administrator rights on Exchange
5.5.
What can I do?
