Unable to disply sent items folder in outlook 2002

I recently upgraded our work stations from win 98 / office 97 to windows
2000 pro with office XP standard for the office suite. We are using
excange 5.5 sp4. All was well until a user came indicating that she could
not view her sent items. The error "unable to display folder" appears.
This is only on one person. If I log into the same computer with another
account I have no trouble getting to the sent items folder. It appears to
be account specific. Logging into a completely different computer with
that persons account info and I get the same error. Now if I go back to a
Win98 box and log in as that user the sent items folder opens.
I'm stumped, I checked Microsoft KB and found nothing. Searching the net
I have found this error, but no help in a solution or at least a reason
for the error.
Any help would be great....
