HI Hirantha,

Thanks For your suggestion.

What i did is I edited my "smtp address" under default recipient policy to and then i started receiving emails.

BUT again i have problems...

What i wanted to have my address is like Raj@xxxxxxxxxxxx and NOT
raj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ( Just like you have your address as
hirantha@xxxxxxxxxxx or say tom@xxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Can we make it using this dyamic dns providers?

a recap of the previous mails....

I assume that your mail server ? and you assign the A
record, although you have a static IP address from your ISP or DNS provider for
your mail server as follows.

Deepblue A

I can not find any MX record for your mail exchanger. It is suppose to be like
as follows MX Preference 5

Thanks for the reply.

When you have a mail server in hand, you have to have a secondary mail server
in case of your primary mail server (your E2K server) unavailable or down. What
secondary mail server does is (your external mail exchanger in this case) if
you?re primary went offline secondary will temporary hold your incoming mails.
Most of the companies use their ISP?s mail servers as a secondary mail

Enter name of your external mail exchangers(mx records)
MX Record MX priority

Here the question mark i have to fill up******* .

My question is "should i have my MX record already with another ISP? if not
what should i fill up?

Your NS records at the parent servers are: [] [] []
I couldn't find any MX records for If you want to receive
E-mail on this domain, you should have MX record(s). Without any MX
records, mail servers should attempt to deliver mail to the A record for
Coz of this I could not find any mail servers for
I recommend you to talk to your DNS provider - to add a MX
record to the domain. It must be MX [5]
And also tell them to add their mail server as a secondary mail server
to the domain as well MX [10]
Hope this will help you....
