Have those users clean out there nickname cache. NK files. I had this
problem, and a few users had the servers name cached email addresses
(usera@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx rather than usera@xxxxxxxxxxx). When I built the
new server, and named it something else, those mails would just bounce all
over the place. Even if this isn't the problem, it won't hurt anything to
del the nickname caches.

del "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NK2" /q
del "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NICK" /q
