I had problems with my server keeping the correct time I now use a little
Internet program to keep the time corrected for me. Atomic Clock Sync

I had a similar problem here a while ago, you need to make sure that the 'Automatically Adjust for DST' is checked.

Good Afternoon,
E-mails leaving our company are being time stamped one hour behind the actual time. The computer clock on the Exchange server is correct. Interoffice e-mails are correctly time stamped. Any ideas? This is on a Windows 2K member server in an NT domain.
