I had a similar problem here a while ago, you need to make sure that the
'Automatically Adjust for DST' is checked.

Subject: [exchangelist] Time Stamp Off One Hour - Exchange 5.5 SP4 - Re-Vamped!

Good Afternoon,

E-mails leaving our company are being time stamped one hour behind the
actual time. The computer clock on the Exchange server is correct.
Interoffice e-mails are correctly time stamped. Any ideas? This is on a
Windows 2K member server in an NT domain.

Thank you in advance,

Tina Newhouse
