Throwing away messages after one try.

Hello,

 

Is there a way (including writing code or script) to provide special handling
of NDR's.  I would like to have NDRs get exactly one chance to be sent. After
their one chance just throw them away.  I would like all Non NDR mail to
continue to have the normal queuing and retry parameters as controlled by the
SMTP service properties in exchange.
