Or, hire a consultant.
What you've asked for covers a huge amount of information and is usually
best done by people that have experience with it (lab experience is good
too - but you need to learn how).

I am new to ms-exchange, I required valid tips from tech gurus.
I am assigned to perform the upgradation of exchange 2000 in windows
