Try the following
1) Try and apply latest service packs for Exchange and NT
2) You might need to reinstall your exchange. Note: reinstalling does not
affect any of your databases or settings.
3) If all else fails backup up your databases and do a clean install

Hi all,im having some trouble starting the MS System monitor service on my
server(NT 4.0 exchange 5.5).It returns the error:
"Procedure entry point SymGetLineFromAddr could not be located in the
dynamic link Librady
IMAGEHLP.dll"
Then when I click ok,it attempts to start the service but returns error:
"MS System Monitor Service returned service specific error 100"
Anyone had such a setback,any ideas on the way forward?
