Ya, I just called them and they said they have stopped these messages
from their Symantec.

You're, although I suppose it could be the remote end's, Symantec
Exchange
AV software is setup to detect what it considers spam and this is an
alert
message that has been sent to the originator or recipient. If this is a
problem you will need to reconfigure the content filtering policies
assuming
it is at your end.
