Vuba, how many DCs do you have? Have you manually replicated AD from
dssite.msc? Is your GC online?
Take a look from Exchange System Manager, Recipients, All Users, Properties,
Filter rules, Preview... can you see the users that you recently mailbox
enabled?

As I said when mail is sent its suppose to create a mailbox but there's no
mailbox and under Outlook global list the user is not there
