Binary data conversion error.  If the command is unrecognized, I have to ask
where in the ORG this message was when the message popped up.  Also, was
anything installed by the contractor?  If not, the contractor may have just
changed the content types and it's mucking things up. Just a guess though.

We had a "contractor" working on our routing groups earlier this month but
I'm still trying to find out what he did as I was away. Could this be the
