Access to others mailboxes via OWA is the least of your problems. Some one
needs to think about security some more.

Yes, change the administrator password to a 15 character password including
numbers, letters (caps and small) and special characters, write it down,
stick the paper in the safe, and NO ONE USES the administrator account.
Every one uses their own account, and you give specific permissions.
