That would be a lot of work. I just figured out my problem. I was working from the root of Public Folders, didn't know I had to go to each folder to replicate. When I did that, it worked! Thanks SO much for your reply! P. If not, you could always use Outlook to export the folders to PST files, then import them on the new server. The downside to this is you'll have to recreate the permissions for all the folders on the destination server, which could be a deal-breaker if you have an extensive folder structure. Kay [mailto:pkay@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, May 12, 2005 10:34 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: Spam:[exchangelist] Exchange 2K Public Folders http://www.MSExchange.org/ Just built a new Exchange 2K server (replaced hardware). Have moved all of the mailboxes, but having trouble getting the Public Folders on new server. Microsoft procedure says to open Systems Manager, OldServerName\Public Folders and click on Action, Properties, go to the replication tab and click on ADD. There is no ADD function. The only option is to set how often Replication occurs. I set it to Always and applied, but no replication is occurring. Please HELP! P.
